Susan Schaefer

Susan Schaefer is a renowned Canadian Fine Artist residing in the picturesque area of Parksville on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. With a deep love for art, Susan actively contributes to the local art scene as the curator at the Bayside Oceanfront Resort in Parksville and as a juror for the Pearl Ellis Gallery in Comox BC.

In addition to her involvement in the gallery, Susan is the creative mind behind Island Arts Magazine. Since its establishment in 2008, the magazine has showcased artists and their work. It has been a digital interactive publication since 2020. Through the magazine, Susan aims to promote the vibrant art community on Vancouver Island, BC and beyond.
